Who Are We?
Federal Home Loan Modifications - a service of the LIT Law Group, P.A. was primarily established as part of our legal outreach to help homeowners deal with the complexities of negotiating modifications of their existing loans (Loan Modifications) and/or working with the homeowner to sell their property where the amount may not be sufficient to pay the total of all liense and costs of sale, and sale of the property at full listing price (Short Sales). Both types of situations requires the approval of the borrower's / seller's lender(s) and such approval may be conditioned upon many factors. We are consumer and homeowner advocates that will help protect you and your home.
Each of our loan modification consultants operate under the direct supervision of an attorney. These professionals understand the mortgage and legal industry from years of experience and will use leverage to negotiate and not just submit a loan modification request that may be denied or ignored by your lender.
We have developed open lines of communication to more than 18 of the largest 20 lenders in the country, which allows us to negotiate directly with your lender on your behalf.
